  MELT Method Foundations Class Schedule for November/December :  Classes run every Sunday11:30-12:45 at Revelstoke Integrative Health .    With the start of cold/flu season, please do not attend if you or members of your household feel ill. *On that note- MELT is fantastic for immunity boosting* Please book here and pay in advance if using a credit card or debit that is not already on file. Welcome to Revymelt!
