Melt Classes Paused

 

Hello MELT family,

 

I will be pausing my MELT classes due to necessary family medical leave and will be in Washington State to help during this period.  Some unknowns exist regarding the timeline, but I anticipate this schedule interruption will be in place until the end of May. 

 

I am very sad for any inconvenience this may cause.  I will be available via email for questions and potentially some zoom sessions should there be interest - please reach out and stay in touch!  In the meantime, I encourage you to check out the many online materials available on YouTube.  Sue Hitzman is a fabulous instructor and the founder of MELT, and she is very generous with free resources.  You can check out the MELT YouTube videos here: Free MELT Playlists

Classes in July/August

MELT Method Foundations Class Schedule for July/August :  Classes run every Sunday( except August 24 ) 11:30-12:45 at Revelstoke Integrative Health .   Please book here and pay in advance if using a credit card or debit.  *please note- this is an all levels class which covers the basic foundational sequences of the MELT Method. We alternate focus of upper/lower each week.  MELT is exceptional for managing chronic pain and stiffness.  Plans are in the works to add an additional class(intermediate level) each week to facilitate more variety, challenge, and functional body balancing movement. Stay tuned!
